1. 30-Day Unconditional Return & Refund
You may return any item purchased from Yaohanren within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund, no questions asked.

The 30-day period starts from the date the shipment is delivered to you.

To initiate a return, please contact us at the email or contact form listed under Contact.

Once we receive your returned item in acceptable condition (see Section 3), we will issue your refund using the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving the return, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
2. How to Return an Item

Contact our customer service team and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return (optional).

We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and return instructions (including the return shipping address).

Pack the item securely in original packaging (if available), with all included accessories, manuals, and parts.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our facility.

Once we inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions in Section 3, we will process your refund.
3. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them — unused or gently used, with no damage or signs of wear beyond what’s necessary to inspect the item.

All original packaging, manuals, accessories, tags, and parts must be included.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned damaged, missing parts, or not in the condition we shipped it.
4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval of the return.

Depending on your card issuer or payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your account.

Shipping costs paid by you at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless we shipped in error or agreed otherwise.
5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different model or color), please contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exact replacement is not available, you may choose a refund instead.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including any shipping costs) at no additional cost to you.
7. How Refunds Affect Gifts, Discounts & Promotions

If your order included a discount, promotional code, or gift, the refund will reflect the actual amount you paid.

If the return causes the order to fall below a threshold required to receive a benefit (e.g., free shipping, bonus gift), we may deduct the cost of that benefit from your refund.
8. Return Shipping & Risk

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please retain proof of shipment/tracking number — we’re not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Risk of loss transfers to us once we receive the item at our warehouse and confirm the return authorization.
